Prior to the birth of their son and they separated. When he moved to Lakers Los Angeles Lakers in 2012 she sought custody and child support in California court. He then strongly responded, affirming that raising children with a family in Los Angeles is not a ideal choice. He further stated that she will spoil his children with everything expensive. He didn't give money to his wife, and he also paid the medical bills and any other costs. But in the year 2016, it became clear that they had both moved forward with their lives and had no resentments against the other.
